with Bill Mason

Most of Bill Mason's training has been in the non-sectarian, Vipassana (Insight) meditation tradition. He has studied under Joseph
Goldstien and has practiced the Jhanas with Leigh Brasington.  He has also studied Thich Nhat Hahn.
