Yoga Basics – A wonderful way to start your day and leave the stress behind as this class focuses on increasing flexibility, decreasing
stress, and promoting self-awareness through a blend of centering, postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.  The postures are
designed to give you energy, toning and strength that will carry you through your busy day.  This class is suitable for beginners and
intermediate students.


Gentle Chair Yoga – This class is geared towards the wiser elders and anyone who may have difficulties being on the floor.  It utilizes
gentle movements in conjunction with the breath, that can easily be done in a chair, reducing tension in the body, stress and anxiety,
while increasing balance, muscle length and strength, as well as, focus and mental clarity.  


Chair Yoga for Everyone –  is a class for everyone. From a seated or supported standing position experience a feeling of well being
as you reduce stress, boost energy, improve balance, enhance focus, strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. We will practice
breathing and energy techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life to positively affect your health and to increase relaxation.


Yoga and Meditation – After 45 minutes of postures designed to calm the nervous system and bring centering and focus to the mind
you will be taught different forms of meditation that will be experienced for the last 30 minutes of class which includes savasana
(relaxation).


Kids Yoga – This class encourages children to explore movement in a fun, creative and non competitive way.  In this class we will
explore yoga poses that imitate plants, animals and our general ecosystem.  The class includes story telling, songs and music.


Dynamic Flow – This class is similar to a vinyasa class except the flow of postures are individually repeated focusing on building
strength and flexibility, as well as, increasing metabolism and burning more calories.  The postures are basic yoga poses and this class
is for beginners as well as more experienced students.


Slow Flow Yoga – All levels are invited to a soothing and compassionate Slow Flow class with a meditative and relaxing component.  
Classes are taught with modifications for students as needed as well as, self-awareness, proper alignment, and overall improved
function of the entire body.


Yin Yoga - helps to maintain the health of the connective tissue.  It balances the yin and yang aspects of ourselves while encouraging
the flow of "qi" or "prana".  Postures are held for a longer duration helping to develop mindful meditation and understanding the value
of acceptance of ourselves, our life, and all things at a deep cellular level.  All levels welcome.


Weekend Rejuvenate - A nice way to restore your balance and gently lift your energy level after a long week or a busy weekend.
This class combines centering, breathing techniques, and basic yoga postures to stretch the body, release tension, and help to
increase flexibility and build strength. All levels are welcome.


Yoga Mix for Weight Loss - combines light cardio, light weights, yoga, meditation and breath work for an all around approach to
losing weight, toning muscles, strengthening bones, flexibility, stress relief and more.  Bring 2-5 lb. weights with you if you would like to
enhance your strength quicker.  This is an all-levels class which can even be done in a chair if coming to the floor is too challenging  for
you at this time, but that will change if you keep with it.


Beginners Vinyasa class - emphasis of a vigorous poses (asanas) broken down in a slow paced practice with emphasis on safety,
alignment, balance and strength learning poses along with short breathing exercises and meditation. Letting the mind remain present
all throughout.


Mindfulness Meditation -  for people interested in reducing the stress in their lives through the regular Practice of meditation. By
appointment with Bill Mason.  No fee, donations will be sent to The Covenant House in New York for homeless and troubled teens.
